You have Bipolar, it’s not the end of the world. You are blessed in many ways and for this you need to have gratitude.
The reason why one is Bipolar, and how one becomes Bipolar isn’t important. What one does about it is very important.
It’s your life and you need to take steps to make your life manageable for you. Not only manageable, make life the best you can. Many people feel that by taking their medication that life should miraculously change. This is very far from the truth. Don’t be Bipolar driven be happiness driven. Bipolar is not who you are. The more you apply yourself the better your life will be.
Many will sit around and complain that they have Bipolar there is nothing I can do. I can’t work as my illness prevents it. I cant socialize as its difficult for me to mix. They sit back and compare medication with other Bipolar people, drink lots of coffee ( which is bad for Bipolar sufferers), complain they can’t get up in the morning.
Or otherwise they can find ways to improve their life living with Bipolar. Which is the life you choose? Bipolar people are very talented, artistic, and clever. Bipolar stems from a shortage of chemicals in the brain. In no way does this hamper their intelligence. Bipolar is an illness that falls under mental illness but in no way does this mean sufferers are mental in any way.
