Wendy Taylor has been a lifeguard, a swimming instructor, a bank clerk is an alternative therapist, a metaphysical life Coach and now the self-Published author of I have Bipolar, Bipolar isn’t me. It’s her first book and is now being sold in more the ten Countries across the world. Her Book gives a window into living her life with Bipolar. From the darkest depths of wanting to die by suicide, to finding healing for her mind, body and soul. Her very first book was written to help bipolar people realise that they too can live a happy and fulfilled life. Medication alone will not make you better. A good diet, exercise, nutrient’s and therapies are some of the things that helped her.She also journaled to watch her mood changes.Her first book does not go in depth about the horrors of Bipolar as it was meant but as encouragement for Bipolar sufferers. Besides being an author, she does consultations as a metaphysical life coach, is a meditation trainer, practice energy medicine, Footology, body cleanse and Indian Massage and Bipolar & Depression Counselling and also has a Bipolar Blog.
Living in the small town of Klerksdorp with her husband Mark and her two dogs. Wendy is dedicated to the plight of Bipolar people and is driven to take her message to all who will listen. Wanting the world to sit up and take notice of the difficulties of Bipolar sufferers. Wendy’s relaxation is riding motorbikes with her husband and her 31 year old son Denzil when he is in the country. There is a saying if you can talk about your story without crying you are healed. Wendy revealed things too the world which almost killed her. Writing a second book is in the pipeline as Wendy is tackling the difficult subject of forgiveness.
